Pescado al Horno con salsa Tomyum.

Receta cortesia de Amelia (19/11/2020). Volvemos de la mano de Amelia a la cocina Indonesia, esta vez con una receta sencilla y con todos lujo de detaleles de como preparar dorada, de una manera facil y con un nuevo sabor. Atento que la receta esta en Ingles, pero hay que superarlo todo!

Pescado al Horno con salsa Tomyum.

Ingredientes:

  • 2 sea bass.
  • 3 round tomato (Diced 2 tomatoes and sliced 1 tomato).
  • 2 red chili (cut small).
  • 1 onion (cut into small pieces).
  • 6 cloves of garlic (cut small).
  • Galanggal (cut and smashed ).
  • 2 lemongrass (smashed).
  • 6 lime leaves.
  • 1 lemon (sliced into 2 the half lemon and leave the other half for cooking).
  • 1 tsp coriander powder.
  • 1 tsp black pepper.
  • 1 tsp salt.
  • 2 small glass of water
  • 4 tbsp oil (for Sautee)

Preparaciòn:

Sautee all the ingredients except sliced tomato, water and lemon. Stir until the spices are cooked.

Add the lemon juice from the half lemon and water. Stir it until it reaches the desired density

Marinate the fish with salt and black pepper.

Put half of the sauce as a based in a tray, put the fish on top of it then cover the fish with the rest of the sauce.

Cover the tray with aluminium foil then put into the oven of 180 degrees for 40 minutes.

The fish is ready to serve. And this is how it looks in your plate.!!!
